YUI 「Namidairo」 2008.2.27 OUT

Five months after the release of her #1 single “LOVE & TRUTH“, Japanese pop singer-songwriter YUI (whose full name is Yoshioka Yui) will be releasing a new single, “Namidairo” on the 27th of February. This will be her 11th major single under the Sony Music label and is the theme song for the new TV Asahi drama, “Yonshimai Tanteidan” starring Kaho, Nakagoshi Noriko, Kato Natsuki and Ichikawa Yui.

[Just Release] YUI’s 10th Major Single – 「LOVE & TRUTH」

YUI 10th シングル 「LOVE & TRUTH」 2009.09.26 RELEASE

Fukuoka-born singer-songwriter and actress YUI (20) just released her 10th single (under Sony Music), “LOVE & TRUTH” in Japan today. The ballad single, “LOVE & TRUTH,” was used as the theme song for the highly anticipated Japanese movie, [Closed Note] starring Sawajiri Erika, which opens in theatres 09.29. YUI first debuted with the single, “Feel My Soul” on February 23, 2005 and peaked at #8 on the Oricon Weekly Single Ranking. The limited first press CD+DVD includes the “LOVE & TRUTH” (Closed Note version) music clip.
