[Just Release] Onitsuka Chihiro 4th Album 「LAS VEGAS」

It’s been nearly five years since singer-songwriter Onitsuka Chihiro (27) released an original album, and now has just released her come-back album and her first under Universal Music entitled, “LAS VEGAS” yesterday in Japan. Her new album debuts at #2 on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking. This is her fourth studio album to date and was produced by Kobayashi Takeshi, former keyboardist of My Little Lover. The album includes her latest single, “Bokura Bara-iro no Hibi” released in September and “everyhome” in May. Chihiro’s first album, “Insomnia” was released in March of 2001 under Toshiba EMI and has sold over 1.3 million copies. For the first time, the new album will also be available in a CD+DVD version.

[Just Release] U-ka saegusa IN db 19th Single 「Ashita wa Ashita no Kaze no Naka……Yume no Naka / Atarashii Jibun he Kawaru Switch」

GIZA studio recording artist U-ka saegusa IN db, just released their 19th and double A-side single, “Ashita wa Ashita no Kaze no Naka……Yume no Naka / Atarashii Jibun he Kawaru Switch”. The first track is the ending theme for NTV Kei Minikite! and the opening theme for CTC MU-GEN, and the second track is the ending theme song for the TV Tokyo program Oshigoto Switch. U-ka saegusa IN db debuted with their first single, “Whenever I think of you” in June of 2002 and the newest single comes exactly nine months since their last single release, “Kumo ni Notte”.

The members of U-ka saegusa IN db are Saegusa Yuuka (vocals), Iwai Yuichirou (guitar), Oyabu Taku (bass) and Kurumatani Keisuke (drums).

THE　ポッシボー 「HAPPY 15 （フィフティーン）」 2007.11.07 OUT

The six-member J-pop unit produced by TNX, THE Possible will be releasing their 7th single, “HAPPY 15” on November 7th under the Good Factory Record label. The title track will be the theme song for the Yahoo! Comic THE Possible ~Robin to Mahou no Apron~.

THE Possible was formed by Tsunku using six girls (Ohse Kaede, Goto Yuki, Morozuka Kanami, Hashimoto Aina, Okada Robin Shouko and Akiyama Yurika) from Hello! Pro Egg to serve mainly as backup dancers for Hello! Project and Tokito Ami. The group just recently graduated from Hello!Project earlier this month and now are part of NICE GIRL Project, created on October 15th by Tsunku.

The four-member female Korean pop/dance/acapella group, TENJOCHIKI (aka The Grace or Chun Sang Ji Hee The Grace in Korea) will be releasing their first Japanese studio album, “Graceful 4” on November 14th. The album will include all 5 singles released in Japan from their debut single in 2006 with “Boomerang” to their latest single, “Piranha” released in August of this year. The album will have a total of 12 tracks and will be released under the rhythm zone label. Chun Moo STEPHANIE, Sang Mi LINA, Ji Sung SUNDAY and Hee Yul DANA, current members of TENJOCHIKI (The Grace) released their first album in Korea with “Hanbeon Deo, OK? (One More Time, OK?)” earlier this year.

Continuing with her three-month consecutive single release campaign, Aya Hirano is back with the second single release, “NEOPHILIA” and this time the theme is COOL & ELEGANCE (blue & black). The single will be released on November 7th under the Lantis label. Last month’s single release, “LOVE★GUN” did really well and debuted at the #4 spot on the Oricon Weekly Single Ranking. The final single release of her campaign will be “MonStAR” on December 5th and it will have a happier, more pop-rock sound. The bonus DVD will include the video clip.
