[...] used as the “STONARHINI S” CM song. They recently released a debut Mini-album, “Brightest Star” on January [...]
Actually, NAGI is the group’s leader, not MI-MI (though I personally think MI-MI should be the leader!)
for some reason they have the feel of a korean r&b style girl group. which is good, something new from the j-pop girl groups scene.
it’s cause all of them, their favorite artist is BoA.
except for NAGAI, she likes Misia.
So I guess BoA’s influence, make them sing with vibrato.
Which is a good thing.
^ What? No… The girls all have vibratos because it is a part of their natural voice. Your vibrato isn’t “influenced” by someone, it’s a natural vibration in your vocal chords. A singer that “mocks” or “copies” another vocalist’s vibrato is not using a real vibrato. These girls all just happen to have natural vibratos similar to BoA’s vibrato. Countless Jpop singers have noticable vibratos as well. To name a few: Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki, Mika Nakashima, alan, ect.
